Can I make it before I buy?
Yes. Picking a design, adding your photos and story and previewing are all free. You only pay when you publish.
How do I pay?
When you publish, you pay once through our secure checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles payment, sales tax/VAT and receipts.
Do designs cost different amounts?
No. Every design is the same price and includes every feature.
Can I change the design later?
Yes. Switch any time while you edit. Your words and photos stay in place.
Can I edit after publishing?
Yes, as often as you like. Changes go live at the same link.
Do I pay extra for the parents’ view?
No. Every invitation comes with a parents’ view that opens in larger type with their names first.
What does “keep it forever” mean?
Your published invitation keeps opening at the same link after the wedding, with no time limit and no storage fees.
Is there a guest limit?
No. Share it with as many people as you like.
What about refunds?
If your invitation hasn’t been published yet, you can get a full refund within 14 days of payment. After publishing, refunds are limited because it’s digital content. See the notes below.

Refunds & good to know
- This is a digital product, so nothing is shipped. You pay once per invitation.
- If your invitation hasn’t been published yet, you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment.
- Publishing starts the supply of digital content, so once it’s published you lose the right to cancel, to the extent permitted by the law of your country. That’s why you can preview the whole invitation free before paying.
- We still refund if your invitation doesn’t work as described, or has a defect on our side that we can’t fix within a reasonable time.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle. A refunded invitation may be unpublished.
